2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Service Not Delivered: If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon service within the specified timeframe without valid reason
  • Major Quality Issues: If the delivered work contains significant errors that cannot be corrected through revisions
  • Scope Mismatch: If the final deliverable significantly deviates from the agreed project scope
  • Technical Impossibility: If we determine that the project cannot be completed as originally specified

Important: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the final delivery date.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following services and situations are not eligible for refunds:

  • Completed Consultations: One-time consultation services that have been delivered
  • Change of Mind: Refunds will not be issued if you simply change your mind after work has begun
  • Approved Deliverables: Work that has been reviewed, approved, and accepted by the client
  • Third-Party Costs: Expenses incurred for third-party services, software licenses, or materials
  • Partial Completion: Projects where significant work has been completed and delivered

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Review Period: We will review your request within 2-3 business days
  3. Resolution Attempt: We may offer revisions or alternative solutions before processing a refund
  4. Refund Approval: If approved, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days
  5. Payment Return: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Please provide the following information in your refund request:

  • Order number and date of purchase
  • Detailed explanation of the issue
  • Supporting documentation (if applicable)
  • Preferred resolution (refund or revision)

5. Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer partial refunds based on:

  • Resources and time invested in the project
  • Third-party costs already incurred

Partial refund amounts will be calculated fairly and communicated clearly before processing.

6. Revision Policy

Before requesting a refund, we encourage you to take advantage of our revision policy:

  • Starter Consultation: One round of clarifications included
  • Engineering Support: Up to two revision cycles
  • 3D Modeling & CAD: Two revision cycles included
  • Advanced Package: Unlimited revisions within project scope

Note: Revisions must be requested within the scope of the original project requirements. Changes to project scope may incur additional charges.

7. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order under the following conditions:

  • Before Work Begins: Full refund if cancelled before project initiation
  • During Initial Phase: Partial refund based on work completed (up to 50%)
  • Mid-Project: Refund of remaining balance minus completed work and expenses
  • Near Completion: No refund if project is more than 75% complete

To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details.

8. Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with our refund decision, we offer the following dispute resolution process:

  1. Request a review by our senior management team
  2. Provide additional documentation or evidence to support your claim
  3. Participate in a mediation call to discuss the issue
  4. Receive a final decision within 10 business days

We are committed to resolving all disputes fairly and professionally.

9. Processing Time

Once a refund is approved:

  • Credit Card: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days
  • Bank Transfer: 7-14 business days depending on your bank
